Creatine is a molecule that is naturally produced in the body and is also naturally found in food. Whilst not an amino itself, creatine is produced in the body from the amino acids glycine, arginine and methionine. Grenade® Essentials Creatine is 99% pure with no added fillers or bulking agents, providing an easily absorbed form of creatine.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise when a daily intake of 3g of creatine is taken.

RESEARCH
Creatine works by increasing the regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the body’s energy source, however, these stores are limited and ATP has to be continually resynthesized, which can take a long time. Increasing the amount of creatine speeds up the regeneration of ATP, which leads directly to the release and availability of more energy.

HOW TO USE
Loading Phase: Take one (1) serving (approx. 1 level scoop, 5g) with morning, afternoon, evening meals and before bed for 4-5 days to help saturate your muscles with creatine.

Maintenance Phase: Take one (1) serving (approx. 1 level scoop, 5g) with a meal or immediately after training with your post workout protein shake.
